Little change the last few weeks. We finished February with 1.33 inches of rain, and YTD of 2.49. Still dry soil but winter & spring weeds are doing well in the dry, warm days. Grasses are still mostly dormant although trees have new buds on them. Birds and wildlife are okay. Area lakes are little changed.
