Only 0.08" in February, that's 0.51" below normal. This week was bone-dry, low-humidity, warm, and gusty conditions. It honestly has felt like a dry spring for the past 3 months, with a few shots of winter mixed in. Pikes Peak looks extremely dry for March 1st. Lots of Red Flag Warnings.
