I would think we are near normal with thawing and refreezing, which is quite typical for this time of year. It is very icy everywhere which causes some difficulty in walking (falls are more prevalent) and driving (vehicles easily get stuck on ice, spinning their tires). The snow and ice melts very unevenly, with more in the open areas and far less in the woods (I live in a watershed 1 mile from the lake, surrounded by the woods).
