Don't know the difference between severe and moderately dry.It is very dry,no water in either pond. Springs have been dry since fall of 24, well has been supplying abnormal water since summer of 25.Very little moisture in the form of snow or rain this fall or winter. Most of the snow went north or south of us this winter.
