Our conditions this week were Mildly Dry with 0.11" precipitation falling over 3 days as 1.7" of snow. The week had a snowpack ranging from 0" to 1.5". Daily high temperatures this week have been mostly below seasonal average except Friday when it got as high as 56F. February ended with only 0.88" of precipitation falling over the month, which is only 45% of our average NOAA precipitation for Febuary. Fewer birds are visiting the bird-feeder daily and many waterfowl are wintering in this area. There seem to be a lot more squirrels running around so they must have gotten through the worst of winter okay.
