Continued Drought conditions with Elevated high fire danger with the gusty winds this week. Deer and turkeys are very active and small animals are moving about. Spring seems to be approaching rapidly with the first bouquets of Jonquils and yards are showing green grass. Shoal Creek is very low although still flowing well.
