Dry, too warm and so windy! Soil is so dry it is hydrophobic, making getting water to landscaping plants difficult   Have been trying to irrigate every 2 weeks, especially for a native plant garden planted last spring. Also lots of discussion about the coming farming season and how to choose and manage crops given the very low snow conditions in the watersheds
