Frozen ground makes it difficult to determine moisture but just over two inches of rain in the past two months is probably not enough to help the very dry conditions going into winter.  But my jonquils are up about six inches already so spring rains can’t be far behind I hope. The deer drink from my bird bath when it’s not frozen leading me to believe other sources of water have dried up
