There has been very little rain in February.   There was .03" on Sat, and only a total of 1.02 for the month.   The drier parts of my yard are dry.   The wetter areas are still mildly wet but they are usually much wetter.   The only saving grace is that is still winter.  As soon as we start planting, I will need to water.
