Precipitation: 3.16” of measurable gauge precipitation and no snow for the week
Temps: Temps ranged between lows of 16° and 43°, highs between 44° and 67°.
Plant/lawn conditions: Typical winter conditions. 
Summary: Three days of rain, with one day producing 2.74” in a short amount of time with some accompanying hail. I’ve never heard rain fall that hard before. Temps were consistent with a false spring, bringing us false hope (lol) before snow came again.
