The rain we received recently helped tremendously.  Pond level has come up some.  The ground is still wet and there are water puddles.  This is so helpful to us.  We cannot start summer with things so dry and ponds so low.  Folks that raise cattle, raise hay need the rain.  Besides it being a fire danger. So much of our beautiful farm/ranch land is being bought up and turned into housing additions because of our close proximity to Dallas.  Living here since 1981, I find this very sad.
