It was warm to hot for most of the week then cold by the very end.  We received 0.74 in. of rain early in the week (it should have been snow).  Tulips in my yard are already shooting up greenery and my neighbors have daffodil shoots up about 3-4 inches already.  What happened this week?  Birds are singing like it is Spring and Eastern bluebirds, red-winded blackbirds, and Northern cardinals are establishing turf.  Squirrels and Canada geese are pairing up.  Someone barbequed on the 16th as it was so warm.  Winter is back for now, but for most of the week it was like Spring and even Summer-like yesterday.
