1.56” of rain last week - all but 0.02” of that fell on Saturday. The ground is saturated with water - water still standing in low areas and ditches in my yard and surrounding area. No severe weather with this rain. Hunt County remains under a Burn Ban and my area of the County is under D1 Drought Status. Thankfully I still haven't seen any grass fires, etc. Temperatures were mild last week with highs in the 60s and 70s and lows overnight in the 40s and 50s. The nice temps allowed for some patio time in the sun a couple of afternoons - also some bird watching. Not much else to report for last week - everything is just status quo right now. The story for the week was the much needed rain.
