Slightly wet for this time of year with water standing in places where water does not typically stand.   Tulips are breaking ground and looking really good along with other spring weeds.   Ponds and lakes are near normal levels. The fire danger is still high with very dry vegitation. Geese are starting to pair up for mating season.
