2-15-26: 1.34 inches of light rain fell from yesterday afternoon to early morning today. Turf is spongy in spots and releasing water underfoot, however, most surface area is frozen. Drain tiles 12 to 18 inches deep have very low flow. Man made and sink hole ponds are at capacity with some overflowing the banks. It is suspected that most of the rain in the past day has runoff rather than infiltrating into frozen ground.
