Conditions are normal for this time of year.  Temperatures are more mild than usual, however most of snow has melted with only 3/4" left in fields.  However, the Ice in South Branch of Wolf Creek and other back creeks are still iced over in spots and slowly melting and breaking up but causing Ice Jams in certain areas of the Creek.  If we get warm conditions and predicted rains the Ice Jams could cause streams to overflow into farm fields and roadways.
