I will return to near normal conditions, with nearly 0.60 inches of precipitation this week, most of which was rain. It soaked right into the ground, with very few puddles. Temperatures were mostly above freezing early this week when the precipitation fell. Overnight lows were in the teens later this week, with a good overnight frost. Thus you can tell their is moisture in the ground. Overall, I went back to near normal conditions. There still is no snow on the ground, but it is the middle of February, and no snow cover is not that unusual as we go into later February.
