Most of the weather this week has been mainly warm with little rainfall. Our seven day rainfall for this week is 0.02", however I should note that Moderate rainfall is ongoing at this time. The soil conditions have mostly continued to dry out, but thanks to our ongoing Rainfall event our soil moisture is improving. I will have a better idea of how much has fallen by tomorrow mornings regular precipitation observation. Next, our local plant species have started growing including a few purple flowers, but our area grass species have yet to start growing at this time. I also will note that most of our daffodils have grown significantly and have continued to bloom this week too. Lastly, area wildlife remained active this week with multiple sightings of various bird species, several mosquitoes, and you can hear the coyotes howling at night too.
