No snow during the first half of February and less than a tenth of an inch of rain (which was last night). Started hand watering some garden plants this week. Moisture for the water year is at 52% of normal. Temperatures have been 10 to 20 degrees above normal and most days are windy, further drying out the soil. Conditions remain moderately dry.
