Very cold temperatures over the past week and not much snow, a total of 0.36" liquid equivalent.  Snowpack averages at 13.0" (2.10" liq.). Rivers and streams have ice formed along banks and some on the surface.  Lakes have a solid ice cover.  Snow continues to remain on top of many branches.  Birds are very active along with small animals.
