Ice melt and about 0.5" of rain mid week continue to keep area mildly wet.  Creeks a little above normal for winter.  Grass very brown and short due to very cold weather the past few weeks.  Many tree limbs down and some trees uprooted due to ice storm a couple of weeks ago.
