No rain since the last report, but rain predicted for today and there is a very light drizzle starting. Not much rain predicted, however, so we're still well behind the norm. Ocean conditions have been very rough for most of the week, with dramatic heavy surf, so no fishing boats out. Not as many tourists in the area this week, but that will change for Valentine's Day, usually a big tourist weekend here. The winter birds are feeding in a frenzy to fatten up for their coming return migration.
