Another cold, dry week.  Had only a trace gauge catch from a system that moved through during the very first part of the week with light fluffy snow that dusted the ground. No observed measurable precipitation so far for the month of February, leaving YTD at 29% (-1.41") of NOAA Norm and WYTD at 72% (-2.54") Rivers remain mostly ice covered.  Ice coverage may change this week with temperature highs expected in the upper 40's all week long.  Only precipitation forecasted is for a chance of snow on Thursday night.
