These past couple of weeks the temperatures have been fluctuating from 18 degrees to 38 degrees.  The Cedar River still has a good Ice Pack on it. Due to Temperatures increasing a little bit some local farmers have been burning their brush piles to make way for spring planting here in the next few weeks.
