A drier week than the last couple of weeks, with 0.14" of precipitation.  Very cold temperatures with little, melting of the snowpack which is currently 12.5" (1.92" liquid equivalent).  Many trees and shrubs still have clumps of snow frozen on their branches with fresh snow added overnight.  Rivers and streams are at normal levels and all have ice forming on the surface. Bird activity is high at the feeders.
