We ended 2025 slightly below the yearly rainfall average and are behind "normal rainfall" so far this year. The ground and surface forest duff is very dry. Very cold weather for the last 3 weeks has caused power suppliers to ask for people limit energy use at "high demand times". Some localized shoreline ice has formed around shallow water portions of Jordon Lake.
