No precipitation since January 8, and only .50 the entire month of January.  Temp exceptionally warm for this time of year- up to 55°.  Absolutely no snow in the valley, what little snow is in the surrounding mountains is melting already.  Wet weather ponds that usually fill this time of year are dry or very low.  Have never seen conditions this dire in winter.
