I received 1.13" of precipitation in January. The Blanco River in Wimberley is at a 98-year all time low of 5.37cfs. Groundwater from Jacob's Well continues to be zero. The burn ban remains on. We had 3 1/2 days of below freezing weather as a result of Winter Storm Fern.
