Winter storm impacts last week include: 2 brief electricity brown outs yesterday, two visible neighbor residences with bad gutter damage, ice accretion on holly bush beneath dripping gutter increased diameter of twig by 1.5 cm measured today, lower level scuppers beneath outdoor heat pump drain pad have been clogged by a layer of ice for the entire week (affecting normal precipitation/condensation drainage and heat/moisture exchange airflow patterns hence increasing heat appliance inefficiency), lost wages due to closures. Electroconductivity of fresh melted precipitation sample from porch was 2 ms/cc compared to 0 ms/cc distilled water and > 130 < 170 ms/cc for tap water recently.
