I am not sure if  Mod Dry is correct- but our total for Jan is 1.12 precip, which according to my DEX graphs is 54% of what normal should be.   We finally got some snow on the 24th, but very cold so no melt.  I noticed some of the ponds are quite low.  Everything else is frozen and dormant.
