Conditions here are moderately dry.  Our area has received only about 30% of "normal" rainfall for January.  A mixed snow and sleet storm passed through last week, starting a very cold week.  Very cold temperatures are due in with the snowstorm tonight, forecast to get as low as 9 F., with wind chill down to 0 degrees F.
