Streams and rivers are running at fairly normal levels, all with ice building up at the shoreline. Over the past week snow brought a total of 1.45" of liquid value. Snowpack this morning averages at 13.0" (1.89" liquid). Earlier this week birds were particularly aggressive acting amongst themselves at the feeders. There was a strong snow storm but I have viewed the birds during past storms and this activity was different. I have been a bird watcher for decades so noted this behavior as non-typical. They are acting normal as of yesterday. Snow remains on most trees and shrubs.
