Cold and windy, but dry, this week till Benjamin arrived yesterday with 13+-" of snow, which stopped everything. Many cancellations yesterday; more today. Town plowed one lane of my street yesterday; mor trucks active today. No cars out. A few people walking. So far not too windy or bitter cold. This is the most snow I've recorded in 10 yeaqrs as a CoCoRaHS observer.
