Another dry week although difficult to see any current effects given the frigid temperatures.  There is still a little bit of flow in our local drainage creek from the 2 inch rain a couple weeks ago.  But levels in the larger creek and especially the Mackinaw river remain at very low levels.  River level is up a bit but still very low.
