Just 0.01 inches of liquid this week, and nothing last week. There is no snow on the ground, thus it has been dry. It was cold, with overnight lows in the single digits above zero, but no where as cold as it was east of here. Overall, it is dry, but with nothing growing, impacts are low. Thus I will continue with near normal conditions.
