No precip more than .1 in two months. Lawn is brown. In unirrigated areas (cemetery) brown grass/ weeds are crunchy. In my yard, dirt is pulling away from the sidewalks.
I have a concern for range fires in the region. 
Enders reservoir, 10 miles south, finally has a full cap of ice, at least viewed from the dam.
