A dry week with no precipitation falling. Some patchy snow still remains in the shady areas from a storm earlier the previous week. Temperatures started off cold with highs in the mid 30's and lows in the teens. Temperatures slowly warmed during the week. The high of the week was 58° on Thursday and the low of the week was 14° last Sunday. It was breezy on some days last week but nothing very strong. No change in plant life in the wildland areas. The Christmas rose (Helleborus) continues to bloom in the garden. Saw a Dark-eyed Junco in the yard but no other wildlife seen.
