Conditions remain mildly dry at this station.  Have had under an inch of snow for the week.  Temps really dropped at the end of this week, causing ice to form again on the area rivers.  The Mississippi River did have a quick rise of a foot midweek but has dropped back to its current low level.  The Rock and Green Rivers both remain low.  Temps are to remain below freezing this week which will continue to harden the ground.  There are a couple forecasted chances for snow this week. MTD and YTD are at 59% of NOAA Norm (-0.36") and WYTD at 81% (-1.49").
