    The winds have ranged from 1 mph 32 mph on average causing blowing snow that created some white out conditions.
     There is a special weather statement in effect till 6pm   tonight for wind gusts between 25 mph to 30 mph and reduced visibility.
     There is a cold weather advisor for tomorrow from 11am till 19 Jan 2026 12pm local time. They are expecting Wind chills to be -30 degrees Fahrenheit.  The Mt Auburn boat ramp water level has not changed much at all, the ice in the river had melted quite a bit due to the varying temperatures this past week, but there are still large chunks of ice in the river.
  We did get 1" of snow on Friday but due to wind and warmer  temps the snowpack did melt.
