Recent moderate rainfall has allowed some soil moisture to stabilize.  Yard and Landscaping is mostly dormant in normal winter conditions.  Some freezing temos overnight, but very little frost or freezing noticed.  No impacts on normal yard activity.  Trees have shed more dead branches than usual, mostly oaks, but some pines.
