I have received only 0.04" of rain for the month. The Blanco River in Wimberley is barely flowing at 5.37cfs, a new record low for the 99-year period of record. Groundwater from Jacob's Well is at zero flow. Winter grasses are slightly green after the little rain that we did get. The fire ban remains on.
