Much above normal temperatures this past week. With three warm records set on the 9th, max high temp (58), high min temp (37) and high average temp (48).

Precipitation for the period was 1.15”. +0.73” for the period. 
Cal yr 1.23, +0.36” above annual seasonal normal. 

Snow: 1.5”  -1.3” for the period.

Temperatures averaged 35.9 degrees, +12.1 above normal for the period.  

Soil temperatures, for the period, at 2” have averaged 34.7 degrees, 4” average is 35.8 degrees, 8” average is 36.9 degrees and 20” average is 38.4 degrees. +2.0 overall increase, on average, from the previous period. 

Temperatures shifted warm considerably, once again, from last week with the average temperature rising +19.5 degrees from last week. (17.6 to 35.9)    Frost depth returned to 1”. 

The birds have slowed coming to the bird feeder with more open and thawed ground, but plenty of birds at times around the two seed stations and suet stations. Squirrels and bunny rabbits are out as well each day.
