Conditions have become a little wetter over the past two weeks but still seem near normal for this time of year. Ground is bare after light snow cover melted from milder temperatures and rain last week. Top layer of soil is moist and unfrozen but the ground is frozen several inches deeper.  Levels on ponds and lakes remain high. No watering restrictions are in place for Norwood or neighboring towns.
