The soil is very dry, and minimal rain has occurred this past week, without any relief from the extremely dry conditions. The Winter Wheat Crop is doing ok, by the rest of the vegetation is very dry, and will support combustion for wildland fires. Creeks and streams are crossable on foot. Lakes and Ponds are down from the normal levels by at least a foot, if not more.
