Stream flow considerably below normal for this time of the year.  The ground is drier than normal.  Pond level still near normal: but getting slightly below normal.  The last 3 weeks had mostly light sprinkle rainfall events with only one significant rainfall event of the 28th of December with only 0.67" of rainfall during the past 3 weeks. Ohio River and Licking River only slightly above pool stage.
