The 0.60 inches of precipitation over the last two days has exceeded the January normal total precipitation of around 0.45 inch.  The soil is wet, and freezing at night.  The long term trend has been below normal precipitation and above normal temperatures, and the forecast is for warming and drying again.  Critical fire weather conditions are not forecast through at least
the next seven days.  Our water supply is adequate.
