The wind and high temperatures continue. Getting ready for another round of winter watering of trees and shrubs. One shrub is starting to leaf out. Other shrubs in the neighborhood are as well. Tulips are starting to come up in the neighborhood. Lawns look absolutely terrible. 


we’re at 1.48” for the water year, 48% of normal. October and November were low. December had one big snowstorm early which gave a decent amount of precip, but the unusually high temperatures coupled with wind have absolutely dried us out. We’ve had multiple days of dire weather warnings.
