Conditions here remain moderately dry. We are still under a "red flag warning" about not starting any outdoor fires.  We expect some rain today but future forecasts into mid-January are no rain and above average temperatures.  Cool daytime and cold night time temperatures accompany relatively fair weather overall.  Water levels in small creeks and streams are low and Lake Jordon Lake levels appear several feet below bankfull.
