Yellow Warnings on the 29 Dec. We were on the edge of the system, receiving mostly light rain, only light winds. Dusting of snow later in week. With light winds, no SOG. No ice, ground is bare. Back yard grass goes from cold squishy to cold crunchy. No shovelling this week. Locally, the Inlet is frozen, but temps fluctuate, so no skating or recreation on it. Arenas are busy with hockey, family skating. Curling is very busy. For any skiing, go N to Cape Breton or maybe the Annapolis Valley. Not many deer this week.
