We began the New Year with warm and dry weather persisting, however we did have a Trace of Rain yesterday. This weather pattern continues the trend of the ground becoming increasingly lacking of beneficial soil moisture, however the grass has continued to grow some in patches in our yard. Next, our trees remain dormant and our flower garden does not show signs of any flowers growing early just yet. Lastly, area wildlife has been active with multiple sightings of deer, birds, and various flying insects.
